Andrés Navarro is a young pianist who seeks to transmit in each of his interpretations the wealth of feelings and emotions contained in the musical repertoire created throughout history and which forms part of our cultural heritage, always respecting the composer's musical idea with the utmost honesty and simplicity, thus becoming the link between the composer and the audience. He has given concerts in Europe and South America in countries such as Austria, Switzerland, the Netherlands, Hungary, Portugal, England, Colombia, Argentina, Norway and Spain in prestigious auditoriums such as the Wigmore Hall, the Stavanger Konserthus (Norway), the Auditorio Nacional de Música, the Palau de la Música Catalana, the Teatro Real in Madrid, the Salle Frank Martin, the Palau de la Música in Valencia, the Teatro del Libertador (Argentina) and the Grande Salle of the Brussels Conservatory.

He has also performed at festivals such as the Torroella de Montgrí Fringe Festival, the Stavanger K&M Festival (Norway), Les Rencotres Culturelles de la Vallé de Joux , Les Concerts au Palais de l'athenee (Switzerland), the Encuentro de Santander - where he performed with the trumpeter Radovan Vlatkovich as well as giving solo concerts -, the Festival clásicos en verano and the Festival de Arte Sacro de la Comunidad de Madrid, Festival Sierra Musical or the festival Pianos de primavera de la Universidad de Sevilla.

He has recently appeared as a soloist with the Brussels Philharmonic Orchestra performing C. Saint-Saëns' Concerto in G minor No. 2 - on the centenary of his death, organised by the Centro de Estudios Pianísticos (CEP) - and with the Orchestre de la Haute École de Musique de Genève, performing F. Chopin's Concerto in E minor Op 11 No. 1. He has also performed with the World Youth Day Orchestra, the Queen Sofia School Orchestra and the Santa Cecilia Orchestra.

He has been awarded the critics' prize and second prize in the "Primer Palau" Competition, first prize in the "International Chamber Music Competition of Arnuero (Santander), second prize and prize for the best performance of a Spanish work in the "Antón García Abril International Chamber Music Competition" and has also been a finalist in the "ParkHouse Award" in London. He is currently Artist in Residence at CEP.

In October 2019, Andrés paid tribute to Manuel de Falla on the 80th anniversary of his arrival in Argentina with a series of concerts in Córdoba and Buenos Aires. This tour was sponsored by Acción Cultural Española (AC/E), the Fundación Pro-Arte Córdoba de Argentina and the CEP.

Born in Madrid, he studied at the Real Conservatorio Superior de Música de Madrid with Ana Guijarro, and at the Escuela Superior de Música Reina Sofía with Galina Eguiazarova, where he was named most outstanding student. Subsequently he completed the Master of Performance at the Royal College of Music in London with the qualification of Distinction. He has recently completed the Master Soliste at the Haute École de Musique de Genève with Nelson Goerner. He has received scholarships from the Fundación Mutua Madrileña, Juventudes Musicales de Madrid and the Asociación de Intérpretes y Ejecutantes (AIE).
